- What are your hours?

I do not have a physical shop that is open to the public. You can find me set up at the events listed under the schedule tab on my website.
- How do I order your work?

There will be a schedule for restocks eventually, when I figure out what works best into my schedule. I will announce these on my Facebook and Instagram and will update here when it becomes regular.
- How long is the typical wait?

I try to ship orders within two days of the order date. Shipping will be through USPS or UPS and will be sent with expected arrival dates 3-5 days after shipping for the US.
- Do you have a cancellation/refund policy?

Please understand I can not accept returns on stickers. As for pottery, if you have an issue with your order please send me a message. I will try to accommodate as best I can but if your item has shipped, then it cannot be canceled.
- What is my piece arrives broken?

Please send me an email as soon as you open your package with photos. I pack your item to withstand normal shipping conditions. However, things happen so send me a message and we will work something out. Emails must be sent within two days of the delivery date.
- Do you do custom or wholesale?

I am not doing custom work or taking on new wholesale accounts at this time.
- How do I take care of my pottery?

All my pottery is made to be food, dishwasher, and microwave safe UNLESS THE LISTING SAYS OTHERWISE. That being said, your piece will last longer if you handwash it. I cannot replace pottery that is broken in day-to-day use.
